WhatsApp messaging support

Reach your users where they’re most active. You can now send verification codes and notifications via WhatsApp, helping improve delivery rates and user experience - especially in regions where WhatsApp is the primary messaging channel.

When WhatsApp is set up, Kinde automatically prioritises WhatsApp delivery when available, with seamless fallback to SMS to ensure your messages still get through. Messages are also sent using language-aware templates based on each user’s preferred language, with English as a built-in fallback.

Faster delivery, higher reliability to more countries, and reduced costs.

Billing trials for plans

Let users experience your product before committing. You can now offer free trials on your plans without requiring payment details upfront – reducing friction and improving conversion.

Configure trial length and choose when to prompt for a credit card, while Kinde handles the rest. This includes creating Stripe subscriptions without upfront charges, displaying trial badges on plan cards, and automatically prompting users to add payment details as their trial approaches expiry.

Turn more signups into paying customers with a smoother, lower-friction path to conversion.

Advanced Organizations pricing update

We heard your feedback – and made Advanced Organizations more accessible.

The Advanced Organizations add-on for the Scale plan is now just $2.50 per organization per month (with your first 5 included free), down from $10.00.

Existing subscriptions have been automatically updated to the new pricing, so you can take advantage of the lower cost right away.

Build and scale your multi-tenant use cases with less overhead.
