Polish and new tricks
Kinde MCP server for AI agents
You can now connect AI agents to Kinde using our MCP (Model Context Protocol) server. This lets AI tools like Claude Code or Cursor create and manage properties, look up categories, and perform other Kinde tasks on your behalf. Reach out if you want to try it.
Webhooks auto-disable on repeated failures
Webhooks that fail consistently for 72 hours are now automatically disabled, and you'll receive an email notification when this happens. This prevents runaway failures from impacting your system and keeps you informed so you can investigate and re-enable when ready.
Custom authentication code expiry
You can now configure how long authentication codes remain valid. Set shorter expiry times for higher security environments, or extend them for workflows where users need more time. The expiry duration now appears in your email templates automatically.
Disconnect git repositories from Workflows and Custom UI
You can now disconnect git repositories from Workflows and Custom UI directly in the dashboard. Useful when you need to switch repositories or clean up connections you're no longer using.
Logo upload for custom OAuth2 connections
Upload your own logo for custom OAuth2 connections. Your brand and theme preferences stay front and center throughout the authentication experience.
Users API: filter by activity
The users API now supports an active_since parameter, letting you filter users by their last login date. Useful for identifying inactive accounts or targeting recently active users.
Fixes and improvements
Cleared recovery codes when MFA is reset. Added support for zero-decimal currencies like JPY in billing. Fixed SAML connections using incorrect ACS URLs when custom domains are configured. Improved connection name display in account widgets. Enhanced security guidance in connection trust settings. Settings menu items now ordered alphabetically. Various webhook and API performance improvements.
