Self-serve billing and speed where it counts
Smarter billing and self-serve plan management
We've made plan management more robust for both you and your customers. You can now cancel a customer organization's subscription directly from the admin dashboard, with a confirmation dialog, workflow trigger, and a dedicated billing agreements permission family to gate cancel and change plan actions. We've also fixed several billing edge cases: free and featureless plans no longer get stuck behind a "Previous plan change still in progress" overlay, plans with no priced features are now correctly treated as free instead of triggering rejected itemless Stripe requests.
Faster admin Organizations list
The admin Organizations list now loads dramatically faster for environments with large org memberships - page loads that previously took 30–40 seconds are now near-instant. We've also added a Users count badge to the organization details left nav.
Expanded SAML support in the Management API
You can now configure more SAML connection options through the Management API. We've exposed the name_id_format, saml_user_id_key_attr, sign_request_algorithm, and protocol_binding fields for create, update, and replace operations, all documented in the API spec. Invalid enum values that were previously accepted silently and corrected at runtime now return a clear 400 error, so you get immediate feedback when something isn't right.
Minor fixes and improvements
Users with a single active organization are no longer shown an unnecessary org selection screen when suspended organizations are filtered out.
End-user authentication pages now render correctly on older browsers like Chrome 89–98 that don't support CSS cascade layers.
Sign-up confirmation (email OTP) page now correctly falls back to your custom description when one is set.
Fixed a custom SAML config key mismatch so the custom domain callback setting is applied correctly via the API.
